Him: I appreciated that this course allowed us to discuss and work through complex issues that could provide a negative influence on our marriage in the future.  I feel that this course will in a way prepare me in my journey to become a Catholic and give me greater insight into the teachings of the Church.
Her: I appreciated the opportunity for Andrew and me to deepen our spiritual relationship with Christ.  It helped enlightened aspects of my faith that I wasn’t as informed about prior to this course.

Him: Not coming from a strong religious background, aside from the sacraments, it did teach me some things and made me realize I should make religion a more important part of my life
Her:  I enjoyed the love letter writing and the conversations we had together when addressing several topics in this course. It helps reinforce my belief that we should attend church more and pray more at all times, good or bad.

Him:  It revived my faith because with me being so busy with my job it showed me that when we do live with each other, I need to make the time to just be with my wife. This will allow us to pray with each other and just talk about how things are going.Her: I appreciated the opportunities to answer on my own. I found it to be an outlet and a way to express my inner thoughts to my fiance, or how I was feeling about him. This course revived my faith in the fact that when I feel alone, I can always call upon God to be there for me.

Him: I think that the prep was very thorough but easy to follow and digest. It really made me consider all aspects of our future marriage and how important the church will be in our marriage. I like that it utilized different forms of information delivery (video, audio, reading, etc.) so it did not get repetitious or boring.
Her: I appreciated that it brought God into our life during a relatively stressful and busy time. It is so easy to get caught up in wedding planning, but this course brought us back to what mattered.
Both: It refocused what's important in a marriage and what weddings are for!

Him: The best part wasn't the level of questions asked but the conversations that happened between us. A simple question actually would start a pretty high level discussion between us, and it was a good thing
