PREPARE/ENRICH: Your Relationship Assessment This premarital inventory is a 30–45-minute online survey for couples. Designed by relationship experts, it helps you:
  • Discover your relationship's unique strengths
  • Identify areas where you can grow together
  • Gain insights based on scientific research
By completing this survey, you'll get a clearer picture of your relationship and learn how to build a stronger connection.

How to Complete Your Prepare/Enrich Inventory

  1. Purchase the Prepare/Enrich assessment on our website.
  2. Within 1 business day (excluding weekends), you'll receive a 12-character login code via email. Check your spam folder if you don't see it.
  3. Use the code to access the online inventory form at www.prepare-enrich.com.
  4. Complete the online inventory.
  5. After you both finish, CatholicMarriagePrep.com will:
    • Receive your completed inventory
    • Email your personalized Couple's Report the next business day
  6. Options for reviewing your report:
    • Without a facilitator: Your parish receives a Facilitator Report
    • With Virtual Review: You'll have up to 1.5 hours online video call with a trained PREPARE Facilitator, and your parish still receives the report.

Is Your PREPARE/ENRICH Link Broken?

As part of a website update, all inventory links to finished reports that were issued before November 15th, 2024 have been disabled. To request a copy of your report please email cassandra.silva@agapecatholicministries.com with the following information:

  1. First and last name of couple
  2. Email address associated with order
  3. Date of inventory completion
  4. Confirmation of parish email address
