March 6th – Ryan and Miranda – Diocese of Prince Albert, Canada “it really opened my eyes to what God expects from us in our marriage”
Him: It was great to dig further into these questions and challenges and understanding what God wants from us in matrimony. I appreciated the extra depth of the responses to our answers and the added source material.
Her: This class was amazing. It really helped us to discuss things that we never even realized we needed to talk about, and it was very informative.
Both: We appreciated all of the extra material, and how the answer keys came back so quickly with lots of extra information. I also appreciated the personal comments from instructors.
March 7th – Charlie and Maddy – Archdiocese for the Military Services, AL “The course revived my desire to get closer to God and His Church”
Him: The questions presented and feedback given allowed me to speak to Maddy in a different way and allowed me to be vulnerable with her.
Her: I thought that the class overall was very educational and helpful for Charlie and I as we prepare ourselves to spend the rest of our lives together. It covered a wide range of topics and helped breed good conversation between the two of us.
Both: The course encouraged us to pray together and have deeper, tougher conversations than we’ve had before. We were able to be vulnerable with each other and share how Christ has impacted each of our lives. This has further strengthened our relationship and built a solid foundation as we get ready to get married.
March 8th – Carlos and Nicole – Archdiocese of Denver, CO “I feel more motivated and committed to growing in my faith and building a stronger relationship with GOD”
Him: I was impressed with how our instructors were able to explain some tough concepts and answer all of our questions. They were both very knowledgeable and provided a welcoming and engaging environment for us to learn in.
Her: Our instructors did an amazing job at explaining all of the concepts we needed to know for our Catholic marriage. They were also able to provide practical advice for us to apply to our relationship. Overall, it was a great experience, and we are thankful for their guidance.
Both: Taking this course was such an eye-opening experience for us as a couple. Before taking the course, we had never really discussed religion in depth with each other. We were pleasantly surprised to find out that our beliefs align with each other more than we thought. We were able to explore our faith together and learn about the importance of building a strong foundation for our marriage in the Catholic Church.
March 9th – Abraham and Esterly (Interfaith) – Archdiocese of Atlanta, GA “It made me want to attend church again, and be there learning more about the faith”
Him: I’m not Catholic, but learning with her made me feel like I’m part of the faith. I know I still have a long journey, but I’m excited to learn and practice the faith with my spouse.
Her: The classes were very eye opening and made me aware of certain expectations within the faith. I feel that our conversations while taking these classes were very in depth and we were able to express ourselves openly.
Both: this class really helped us get closer to the expectations of the church and ways to be better with the faith.
March 10th – Trever and Mckaeleigh (Interfaith) – Diocese of Gary, IN “As a non-Catholic this was a great introduction to the faith”
Him: This class was very informative! I appreciated the lengthy responses and explanations provided at the end of each module and was impressed with the response time of the instructors.
Her: loved this class! I learned a lot about how our faith relates to the covenant of marriage. I am excited to get married and have God be the center of our marriage. I enjoyed how the modules were set up. I thought the classes were amazing and I loved the detail of everything.
Both: This class helped us open up and learn more about each other's thoughts. We grew in our faith together.
